Hi Phil,

My Hollywood arrived today.  I've only been playing it a few hours, but I usually find first impressions are lasting impressions.  Firstly, it’s beautiful.  I love the hand finishing, no CNC crap here!  It must take you a hell of a long time to produce each piece. 

The sound this piece produces is amazing.  I thought my Vintage was versatile, but the Hollywood is in another class altogether.  I have never played such a free blowing piece from top to bottom and the notes are solid throughout the register.  I'm totally in tune already.  I've been playing smooth, swing and funk and this piece does it all, just like you said it would.  I'm going to let my teacher try this next time a see him and I know he'll want one.

Anyway, thanks Phil.  You are a master of your craft and I am privileged to own your mouthpieces and thanks also for the free neck pouch.  It’s a quality piece of kit.
