This is the mouthpiece currently used by legendary saxophonist Steve Grossman. Steve has been using this mouthpiece for the last five years and loves it! We designed it specifically for jazz playing. It has a medium rollover baffle with a large round tone chamber allowing for a fat, lush, but clear and loud, traditional sound. In addition it produces fantastic sub-tones with an abundance of overtones. This mouthpiece is perfect for post-bop and modern jazz players. This is the brightest of the darker models.

This is Phil's most penetrating tenor mouthpiece.
