Hi Phil,

My name is Darren Gholston I am a sax player here in LA California. Currently playing in the Malcolm-Jamal Warner band Miles Long. I'm a contemporary jazz guy for the most part playing with a lot of artist like Jeff Lorber, Brian Bromberg and others. I play a Keilwerth SX90 Tenor. The first mouthpiece that I got for it was a Barone Standard 7star that gave me close to what I was looking for but still not totally happy until a few weeks ago I got a true New York Barone 7 star. As soon as I played it I knew it was what I had been searching for. It’s a whole new world of expression for me now.  This piece is crazy cool. I just wanted to say thanks for making life for me so much fun. If there's ever anything I can do for you out here like at NAMM or something just let me because I'm on the Barone band wagon for sure.
