Thank you, thank you, thank you for sending this piece. I am making this quick note to compliment you. It arrived shortly after you said, and I have been playing it for about 30 days now. I just don't want to put it down!  

The Hollywood you sent along to me is, well . . . fabulous!! No, make that extremely fabulous!! Best mouthpiece for me I've ever played. The finish quality of your Hollywood is great and I appreciate what you've done without knowing anything about the incredible work you must have put in for years to get your pieces to this point. But what really matters is the way it plays. Gadzooks!  You were right: AMAZING.  For me it's changing how I relate to my instrument. I now concentrate on what I want to play instead of babying a mouthpiece that flubs out the low end or smears the altissimo notes or that doesn't fit my embouchure or my mouth or whatever. As to sound and handling, your Hollywood just blows through the bottom and clearly and cleanly into the top without hesitation all in reliable lushness across the registers. Paradoxically, the sound is now satisfyingly heavy like a freight train, yet it's a droit handling is as light as a well tuned race machine capable of high speed turns as fast as a hummingbird, and leaping registers without missing.  Amazing agility, amazing sound. Sweet!!  

I am hoping to raise enough cash to get another Hollywood for backup. I am selling off over 30 other mouthpieces, because -- thanks to you -- my Barone Hollywood arrived and I am now at home with it. Truly great engineering, great manufacturing, great sound, great playability, just straight great, kinky great, and every other gracious great. In awe of what you've delivered. Thank you Phil.
