	The Contemporary alto model has the same playing characteristics as the tenor Contemporary: clear but not too bright, and easy to play in all registers. It has a medium high baffle with a medium size tone chamber. For those seeking a high volume Pop/R & B sound the Contemporary alto mouthpiece is perfect. This mouthpiece features include a medium high baffle with a large chamber that creates LOTS of volume without thinning out. 	This mouthpiece was created for lead and solo alto players. It has a low rollover baffle with a medium chamber which allows the player to create a unique, traditional, and personal sound. If you play bebop, and straight ahead Jazz this is a great alternative to trying to find an old customary style mouthpiece that is no longer available.
